Lived here for short of 3 years. We ended up moving for a new job out of town but our 2/2 apartment on the 3rd floor was amazing. Great maintenance staff and office staff are nice and helpful when needed. Property is close to the colleges if enrolled.

Honestly, this property is beautiful and still so comfortable! The management team was happy to show me around, even at the last minute lol, and it did NOT disappoint. You can tell that the current residents really enjoy the space by how personal they were with the staff in the office, and one of the managers Mr. Wallace answered all questions which was really helpful, like I already lived there and not just a potential tenant 🥰 all really good vibes!

An excellent location, in which from Davie Road a mile is 95. The apartments have three bedrooms on the second floor. There is a space behind the kitchen to have a BBQ. The finishes in restrooms have a high standard compared to the price of the place. Externally ample space to park several vehicles. Wide green areas, with a pool in excellent maintenance. Additional a good gym complement the extras.

I love the property from the apartment to the amenities everything is very well kept and there is always someone to help you with any issues 24/7. My only issues are the yellow water which continue to stain our clothing and sheets.

I moved in about 2 months ago and things have exceeded my expectations so far. The staff is nice and maintenance has been very prompt with the few requests I have had. Thank you to James from New York for making this experience seamless.
